Members meet at the Chestnut Hill Presbyterian Church from September through June on the first Thursday of the month at 12:00 noon. We start with refreshments and socializing and move on to a business meeting and then an informative program.
Each month,there is a mini flower show so that members can bring in items from the garden which are particularly beautiful or well grown. Flower arrangers also show their work. At other times during the year, we have a standard flower show, workshops or special tours or trips.
Members receive a monthly newsletter that contains club news, notice of special events and horticultural information.
Membership requirements are:
- Attending 5 meetings each year
- Exhibiting in the monthly flower shows 3 times a year
- Serving as refreshment hostess in rotation
- Acting as a judge’s helper in rotation
- Payment of annual dues
